John came up with a vision for us using his 3D design program and turned it into a beautiful area for my wife and I to sit, relax, and enjoy. John is very creative and articulate when it comes to his designs, and being able to see the plans through his 3D program really helped us visualize what our backyard would look like once completed.

When we sat down to review the drawings, we were able to make changes and collaborate with John to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted for our backyard.

During our consultation, John also walked us through the entire process, including what work would be done, the final step of sealing the stonework, and the costs involved. This gave us a clear understanding of exactly what was required before the work began.

When it was time for the project to start, John and his team kept us informed by messaging us about when they would be coming to complete the work and how long the job would take. The project was completed within the timeframe that was promised, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.
